ClientManager CRM provides powerful reporting tools to help you gain valuable insights into your practice's operations. You can segment your client book and draw various historical reports to better understand your performance and client engagement. Accessing these reports is simple: just click 'Practice' at the top of any page.

1. Overview of Practice Reporting

The Practice Reporting section is your central hub for data analysis. Here, you can generate reports across several key categories to get a comprehensive view of your practice's activity and client base.

2. Report Categories

ClientManager offers the following main report categories:

  • Client Reviews: Track the status of your client review process.
  • Clients: Get detailed information and segments of your client book.
  • Tasks: Monitor task completion and team productivity.
  • Interactions: Analyse the types and frequency of interactions with your clients.

3. Generating a Client Reviews Report (Example)

Let's use the 'Client Reviews' category as an example to show you how to generate a report. The options provided allow you to filter and customise your report to get precisely the data you need.

Customising Your Client Reviews Report:

When you select 'Client Reviews', you'll see several filtering options:

Include:

This filter allows you to specify which types of clients you want to include in your report:

  • All Clients: Include both natural persons and juristic entities.
  • Only Natural Persons: Focus the report on individual clients.
  • Only Juristic Entities: Focus the report on corporate or business clients.

Review Status:

Select the status of the reviews you wish to report on:

  • Completed Reviews: View all reviews that have been logged as completed.
  • Outstanding Reviews: See which reviews are still pending or require attention.

Adviser:

Filter the report by adviser. This is particularly useful for practices with multiple advisers:

  • All advisers: Include review data from all advisers in your practice.
  • [Specific Adviser Names]: Filter the report to show reviews related to a particular adviser.

Date Range:

Define the period for which you want to pull the review data:

  • Start Date: Choose a starting point for your report. Quick options include:
    • Past Year
    • Past Quarter
    • Past Month
  • End Date: Select an end date for your report. Please note there is a maximum report range of 1 year.

Maximum Records:

Set the limit for the number of records included in your report. This helps manage report size and generation time:

  • 100
  • 250
  • 500
  • Unlimited: If you select 'Unlimited', please be aware that this report may take longer to generate and will be available within 24 hours.

Generating Your Report:

Once you have set all your desired filters, simply click the 'Generate Report' button. ClientManager will then compile the data according to your specifications.
