Client Profiles: Juristic Persons

Overview

The Juristic Client Profile is used to manage entities such as companies, trusts, and other legal persons in the CRM. It functions similarly to a natural person client profile but is tailored to capture entity-specific information, relationships, and financial details.

This profile allows you to record registration details, link advisors, connect related entities or individuals, store banking information, and manage notes and segmentation tags. It provides a central location for all information relating to a juristic client.

Quick Information Panel (Top of Page)

At the top of the profile, key entity information is displayed for quick reference:

  • Registration Number
  • Entity Type
  • Foreign Company Indicator
  • Country of Incorporation
  • Last Review Date

If the annual review date is older than 12 months, the review date will be highlighted in red. This serves as a visual reminder that the entity requires an updated review.
